With 20+ years in high-tech and a passion for helping others, I’ve guided hundreds of high-performers to discover their strengths and find meaningful work.
My own journey was one of self-discovery and determination. The road to leadership wasn't laid out for me; I found my own way, reaching a six-figure salary by 27 and stepping into an executive role by 36.
